Seeking the second generation of leadership to begin the succession process of an established RIA Firm in the Charlotte NC area. Ideally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated their competence and ability within the first two years of employment so that the growth of the firm justifies the cycle of ownership transition over a 10-15 year time period.
-Annual review and ongoing financial planning for existing client base as well as onboarding and planning for new clients.
-Lead the planning portion of client meetings so that current planner can be responsible for the investment advisory portion.
-Leadership role in review and implementation of any ancillary planning services that will become an increasing part of client deliverables.
-New client development.
-3-5 years’ experience as a Certified Financial Planner practitioner.
-Entrepreneurial characteristics as those traits will become increasingly important in order to manage subsequent growth and generations.
-Money Guide Pro software proficiency or high degree of confidence in ability to transition firm to alternate software.
-Quality interpersonal skills.
-Comfortable in approaching prospects.
-Desire to exert influence within firm in order to improve any and all aspects of operations.
