The Manager, Administration & Finance will provide oversight and management of all administrative and financial activities for the research and academic missions for the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. This includes responsibility for establishing and monitoring administrative policy and infrastructure; managing strategic partnerships, overseeing human resource functions (including salary management for all University employees), including training, mentorship and compliance oversight of research activities. The position is responsible for all budgets and financial transactions processed including all grants and clinical trials management. This individual will support the development and integration of Oto’s research community with its clinical partners and the institution.
