Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization (PCS), an emerging healthcare coordination organization serving the developmentally disabled population, is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies and practices, including: budgeting, accounting; monthly financial and management reporting; fiscal controls; regulatory compliance and audits; facilities and risk management; financial analysis and modeling; and contract negotiations.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, collaborative leader who is enjoys working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. He/she should be a “builder,” comfortable developing the finance function from the ground-up. Experience in health care field is required for success in this role.
Master’s degree in Business strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA certification preferred
10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in health care

Experience with managed care strongly preferred

Person Centered Services has submitted an application to coordinate care and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in OPWDD's Region 1. The founding PCSWNY agencies have united with the Arc Collaborative in Region 1, as well as many other high-quality independent agencies.
Person Centered Services will provide tailored care coordination services to individuals with I/DD. Our organization will build on the foundation of MSC services previously offered by an estimated 50+ agencies in Region 1, and will expand to include:
- Comprehensive care management
- Care coordination and health promotion
- Comprehensive transitional care
- Individual and family support
- Referrals to community and social support services
- Use of health information technology to link to services
