Carnegie Mellon University's Treasury Department within the Finance Division is searching for a Treasury Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing essential day to day support in debt management, cash management, treasury dashboards and general administrative duties.
Core responsibilities will include:
Track daily market rates, verifying debt service invoices are accurate, assisting with debt issuances and continuing disclosure requirements;
Offering back up support to cash operations, assisting with stock gift processing, payment card program and security, and maintaining Access data base for the safety deposit box;
Providing support for department's website, key performance indicator reporting, and related metrics;
Assisting with meetings, schedules, travel, mail, supplies, office equipment, and maintaining office and server files; and
Other duties as assigned - include providing support as needed to other Treasurer's Office staff and special projects.
You should have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, exhibit excellent customer service, and be able to effectively prioritize under little supervision. Associate's degree in finance, business, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred
One year of related experience required; experience in financial operations or debt capital markets preferred
Proficient knowledge and demonstrated work experience with Microsoft Office suite
