Reliance Bank is seeking a CFO with a minimum of ten years’ experience working in a Financial Institution. Certified Public Accountant designation preferred but not required.
•Member of the Executive Management team assisting in strategic development to support the Bank’s goals and objectives
•Interacts regularly with the Bank’s Board of Directors
•Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
•Oversees the Bank’s Financial Operations and Treasury Function
• Oversees the Bank’s Investment portfolio in accordance with established guidelines
•Oversees the asset/liability function of the Bank
•Contributes to the leadership direction, supervision and management of all aspects of the Bank
•Experience or knowledge with other areas of the Bank is a plus
