The Farmers National Bank seeks a financial executive to join our team.

The role is critical in developing and implementing organizational strategy as well as assisting and advising the executive team with managing risk and a sound credit culture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and energetic, and will demonstrate those traits through their experience. Among the responsibilities of this position is focusing integration of risk concepts into strategic planning as well as risk identification and mitigation activities. These will include but are not limited to: managing interest rate risk, managing strategic risk, directing the Bank’s credit culture, managing the Bank’s credit risk exposure while providing asset quality oversight, and ensuring that new loan originations adhere to credit policies and procedures designed to control credit risk within the Bank’s loan portfolio.
An ideal candidate will also have an enterprise wide-view and broad-based understanding of bank operations, the ability to assess current systems and provide efficiencies as needed.
This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in credit risk management, regulatory examination, loan review and a broad knowledge of risk management and compliance concepts, practices and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
