Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia seeks applications for an Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business Department with primary responsibilities for accounting and finance courses for undergraduate and MBA students.

Position This is a full-time 10-month position in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business (PHB) at the University. PHB offers undergraduate (BS) and graduate (MBA) degrees in business and the programs are fully accredited by the ACBSP. The position includes eligibility for full University benefits and is immediately available. The successful candidate will be eligible for a non-tenure track faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor rank commensurate with qualifications.
Qualifications The candidate should possess a doctoral degree (Ph.D, Ed.D, or DBA) in accounting, finance, or a related field. An MBA in Finance/Accounting along with relevant teaching experience will also be given consideration. The preferred candidate will have teaching experience at the university level and relevant professional experience. The person should be prepared to teach online and evening MBA courses, as well as undergraduate courses. Preference may be given to candidates with previous experience in online modes of teaching.
