POSITION SUMMARY

This position's key role is to ensure the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly—the securing of revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Obtain remittance information for retailers who submit their payments via ACH or credit card
2. Download and print checks from the lockbox
3. Post payments from:
   • Live checks that come in the US Mail
   • Lockbox checks
   • ACH payments
   • Credit card payments
4. Verify bank reconciliations for month-end
5. Assist with Collection activities
6. Administrative duties (not limited to):
   1. Monitor Site Access
