SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position performs accounting activities such as updating and maintaining accounting records and preparing various accounting statements, billing documents, and financial reports; enters, retrieves, and maintains information on computerized accounting systems; prepares invoices, and coordinates mailings; calculates, posts, reconciles, and verifies all duties in order to obtain primary financial data; maintains restricted and general funds budgets. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Associate's Degree or equivalent knowledge
One (1) year of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Related experience in the construction industry preferred 
Knowledge of IBIS integrated business system software preferred
