Your new role
You will be part the Production Service team to support systems used by their Wealth Management Division. Your-day-to-day job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for incident and change management for their Wealth Management systems.
• Ensuring requests from users support the Wealth Management business are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
• Identify cause of system issues and provide timely solutions for affected users, as well as to escalate the issue to the responsible vendor/development team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to ensure your success in this role, you will be highly encouraged to possess the following requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a application support role or similar capacity.
• Good knowledge and skills in database queries, especially on Relational Databases.
• Good knowledge and skills in UNIX and Windows operation environments.
