(1) Retail Micro-Segment
Be a segment manager, to develop customer value propositions based on their needs, design and execute engagement strategies, and partner with product teams to bundle offerings that will resonate with the segment (e.g. tertiary students, first jobbers, low income families, etc.).
Conduct research to identify segment needs and the customer job-to-be-done.
Carry out competitive analysis within and outside of the banking industry to understand how we stack up in our client value proposition.
Leverage customer data, insights, and competitive knowledge to develop engagement strategies for assigned micro-segment.
Work with product teams to experiment with promotions and campaigns to drive business results.
Work with business analytics and other stakeholders to track results and improve segment performance.
(2) Digital Customer Engagement
Develop digital engagement strategies and use cases for assigned micro-segment.
Test and learn new digital engagement ideas/messaging and channels, see through to execution and results monitoring.
Monitor control tower to ascertain effectiveness and results of the digital engagement strategies executed, implement learnings to continue to improve on performance.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
Creative problem solver who is able to manage complexity, ambiguity and open-ended questions.
Enjoys working in a fast pace environment and responding positively to changes.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management through storyboarding.
Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work independently and pragmatically.
Structured with good planning and organising capability.
Strong in Excel, PowerPoint (Digital, Marketing, Communications, and/or Analytics experience would be a plus!).
