Responsibilities
Support the DPM Portfolio Solution Team's business building and marketing efforts which will include but not limited to, the preparation and updating of all business collaterals ie proposals, ad-hoc presentations, co-ordinate preparation and update of periodic strategy updates and factsheets, collaborate with the CIO Contents Team to ensure all communications are duly prepared and disseminated
Assist Portfolio Solutions Specialist pick up and respond to DPM marketing related queries from internal stakeholders.
Handle data and computation exercise and work on RFP's as duly assigned.
Co-ordinate with external vendor on translation assignments on DPM collaterals and proofread translated materials.
Maintenance of DPM share-point and ensuring all collaterals uploaded are always up to date.
Have capacity and interest to work towards being able to engage internal (and eventually external ie client facing in due course) stakeholders on DPM Portfolio Solutions and Marketing related matters.
Co-ordinate with CIO Contents Team to work on DPM editorial matters which will include but not limited to broadcasts, communications, publications, client materials.
Requirements
Minimally 3-5 years' work experience, preferably in financial services especially in Private Banking, Asset Management or Fund House.
Relevant degree in accounting or business related, with quantitative and analytical skills.
Is familiar with and have good working knowledge on usage of Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, Avaloq etc
This role will support the Greater China Market as one of the key markets, liaising closely with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts. Thus business level proficiency in Mandarin/ Chinese (written and verbal) will be an advantage for effective communication with the Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts.
