In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Drives the digital transformation and strategy for SG Consumer Banking Operations.
Key project management resource to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives covering digital and business transformation, driving operational efficiency as well as effective change management.
Liaise with the business sponsor, product owner and other stakeholders to establish priorities for delivery.
Set up Project Steering Committees and provides Senior Management and Stakeholders with project milestones, status, steers for executive decision or escalation.
Establish and maintain project plan. Ensures that implementation actions, issues and risk are identified and addressed effectively.
Requirements
This job is for an experienced Project Manager.
Proven successful project delivery experience, preferably within the Consumer Banking Operations space with minimum 5 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
Good understanding of Project Management Lifecycle.
Meticulous individual with good time management to oversee and manage multiple deliverables.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Good team player with ability to work independently.
