Responsibilities
Project management, with detailed and proactive tracking of the status of projects
Engage and collaborate with leads/stakeholders e.g. Location Operation Teams, Technology, Business Units
Facilitate meetings and interviews with process owners in gathering business requirements for regional initiatives.
Demonstrates an understanding of the gaps and impact of problems across the organization and facilitates a collaborative solution by mapping out the current and target state business process
Discover opportunities for process improvement and develop action plans and appropriate success measures.
Drive operational excellence in Secured Loans (Mortgage & Auto Loans) products and processes from both a regional governance and standardization perspective. Deliver a comprehensive robust target operating model for Secured Loans onboarding and servicing via straight through processing and automation. Familiar with SG Mortgage regulations and conveyancing processes.
Strong subject matter expertise in Consumer Banking Retail products and operational processes, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Lead the execution of Regional CBGO Process Standardization and Strategic Projects functions to deliver a fully digitally enabled and empowered Operations function.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Banking Operations processing or related projects especially in the Mortgage Loans area.
Demonstrated track record with strong organization skills, especially project management concepts.
Ability to drive projects and ensure successful delivery of work streams to tight deadlines and outstanding quality.
Good stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to develop rapport, influence outcomes & exercise authority in a collaborative manner, across senior levels, cultures & locations.
Strong learning ability in picking new banking product terms, features and characteristics.
Passionate & resourceful in problem solving with strong execution abilities.
Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide audience, including IT teams, senior management, and stakeholders from other departments.
