Responsibilities:
Support development and deployment of end-to-end automation of campaign generation, Machine Learning Operation and tracking.
Create the optimal data pipeline architecture to enable transformation and ingestion from a wide variety of structure and unstructured data sources
Identify, design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and cleansing/transformation
Working with business users and stakeholders to develop business requirements and implement solutions
Identify customer insights relating to the SME Lifecycle journey from business startup into a mid-size company
Qualifications Requirements:
Fluency in Python, Spark, HIVE-QL, Hadoop eco-system, data-centric workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow, Luigi etc ), Unix/Linux/HDFS environments. Good working experience of GIT and CI/CD pipelines.
Hand-on-experience in data management, programming (including scripting / coding) application development and reports generation
Strong analytical skill and statistical knowledge
Experience in handling banking systems, data and products is an advantage
Knowledge about analytical software tools such as SAS/BI/R/Qlikview
Good communication and interpersonal skill and must work independently in a face-paced environment.
At least 5 year's working experience in the data management and/or portfolio analytics
